I wish it was spring!

It snowed at least 3 inches today. So, we were all stuck in the house all day. We made playdough, watched TV and played Easy Bake Oven. Here is Julia after eating her brownies ala Easy Bake.

Snowy winter day

It is a snowy winter day again! Instead of going to Wichita, the kids got to go to the mall instead - hardly a win for anyone. Both kids got to go to Build-a-Bear. Julia is holding her new dog, Lucky - a Portuguese Water Dog. Alex got a monkey named (by Andy), Koko.

Home Improvement - again!

It has been almost a month since my last post. As you can see from the photo - we have painted the kitchen! I know you didn't know what it looked like prior to painting - so you are just going to have to take my word on this. In fact, the whole house is done and painted - which is why I haven't posted in a month. I especially like the two-tone effect with the living room color and the kitchen/dining area intersecting.
