I love the farmer's market

Not only did I see my assistant do a flash mob - irish dancing style, I also bought these beautiful flowers, granola, focaccia bread and lime marmalade. Andy had a homemade breakfast burrito. Honestly,it doesn't get better than this.

rabbits

We had a little den of 5 baby rabbits at Easter in our garden. The rabbits that visited our yard tonight are 2 juveniles from this original den.

Random Park in Douglas County

Today we went to Vinland Nursery and found a random park with a tower. So of course we stopped and climbed the tower - this is the view. Looks like England.

Julia's Mother's Day Project

Julia wanted to make me a cake for Mother's Day. She did help - some. I hope it tastes as good as it looks!

Early Mother's Day Present

A lovely dinner at 715 (on Massachusetts), browsing at the Dusty Bookshelf and the movie, The Girl with the Dragon Tatoo.

Garden Progress

I hope this year will be a good garden year. So far we have lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes and a cucumber. I think that we may have also planted some beans and carrots but we'll see how well they do!
